Our normal service level for surveys from instruction
to report delivery is 10 days, however shorter turn around times are available
by request.
Liability Management

Health & Safety
- Corporate reviews - assessment of statutory and operational compliance;
- Compliance audits – systems and procedural;
- Provide practical assistance in policy drafting, implementation and review;
- Devise corporate strategies on Risk and COSHH assessment;
- Carry out general and specific risk assessments, including fire;
- Devise ‘Safe Methods of Work’
- Prepare accident prevention, investigation and reporting policy;
- Conduct accident investigations and implement remedial actions;
- Liaise with enforcing authorities;
- Assist in the avoidance and / or defence of civil claims;
- Devise occupational health surveillance programmes;
- Manage statutory inspection programmes.
Health & Safety Training
- Conduct training needs analysis;
- Devise corporate training strategies;
- Devise and deliver bespoke training packages to meet operational needs;
- Deliver accredited training packages;
- Site based training evaluation;
- Delivery of ‘on the job’ training;
- Introduce the principle of ‘Team Briefings’, provide supportive
documentation and train in their delivery.
Environmental Protection
- Devise and implement environmental management strategies;
- Conduct workplace assessment including noise, vibration, lighting and others.
Change Management
Plan corrective action strategies and manage the process of change for clients by:
- Sourcing relevant training programmes and managing their deployment and effectiveness;
- Advising at Board and management levels on strategies and implementation;
- Running improvement workshops at managerial and shop floor levels.
