Liability Risk Management Presentations

Sovereign presents to diverse industries on liability risk management.

The demand for technical presentations of the in-depth principles and techniques of risk management is increasing as both insurer and insured reap the benefits from this approach.

Dr David Cowburn explains; “liability risk management is a different ‘ball-game’ compared to pure health and safety risk management and takes in to account the wider perspective of where liability can attach and seeks to mitigate this for the insured and the insurer.” The success that Sovereign Risk Solutions are having for their clients is creating great excitement in the market and a demand for presentations on the subject.”

Recent presentations have been at the request of the principle HSE inspector, Scotland and attended by the Director General. Others have included some the UK’s leading technology industries and as diverse as the Royal Lifesaving Society to Westland Helicopters.

Sovereign’s expertise and up to date experience of the UK and European industries assist both insured and insurer to reap the benefits of good liability risk management and help to avoid the catastrophic effect that poor risk management can have on a corporate entity.
